All Hammock & Palms sunglasses (unless specifically stated otherwise) carry a lifetime warranty against defects due to manufacturing. A Limited Lifetime Warranty is included for repairs/replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Hammock & Palms Sunglasses are warranted against defects in materials or manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. Hammock & Palms handles each individual repair or warranty claim directly. Should you have a problem with your Hammock & Palms, please follow the steps outlined in the “Returns/Exchanges Procedures” section of our website. Hammock & Palms will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product determined by Hammock & Palms to be a manufacturer’s defect. **Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products back to Hammock & Palms. There will be no restocking/replacement fee for returns due to manufacturing defects.
A repair/replacement charge is required if repairs are necessary as a result of normal wear. Normal wear includes issues such as broken hinges, scratched lenses, accidental damage, or any other issues determined not to be a manufacturing defect). A small restocking/replacement fee will be charged for each warranty claim processed.** **A $35 restocking/replacement fee will be assessed to the customer for repaired or replaced sunglasses that are not due to a manufacturing defect (normal wear and tear). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned sunglasses back to Hammock & Palms. Hammock and Palms assumes the cost of shipping new or repaired sunglasses back to the customer.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason of your return along with the orginal receipt.
Customer assumes all costs of shipping returned item back to Hammock & Palms. We assume the shipping costs of sending new/repaired item back to the customer. All replaced/repaired products are shipped via USPS. We recommend you first contact our Customer Care Team at info@hammockandpalms.com or calling 855-627-3840 to determine whether the item is eligible for replacement before shipping.
